Use requests in a café
Choose a request that matches what you need.
Previous and Next let you browse. Save & next records completed practice.
In this fictional café, you need a menu and one glass of water. The staff member speaks too quickly. Each request below has a different purpose.

The menu, please.
One glass of water, please.
Please speak slowly.
A quick reminder before you practise
Request one or two cups politely using 주세요.
Greet someone politely and thank them.
Reuse the sentence that fits the problem. An item request uses a noun with 주세요; an action request uses a verb with 아/어 주세요. You do not need to memorize one long dialogue. After receiving help, 감사합니다 is a useful response.
